Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana (PMKMY) is a govt schemes meant for old age protection & social security of Small Farmers & Marginal Farmers.
Eligibility For PMKMY Scheme 2021
(i) For Small farmers & Marginal Farmers (ii) Age limit between 18 years to 40 years (iii) Cultivable land up to 2 (two) hectares as per land records of the concerned State / Union territories (UT).
Features of PMKMY Scheme 2021
(i) Assured pension of Rs. 3000/- Per month, (ii) Voluntary & Contributory Pension Scheme, (iii) Matching Contribution by the Government of India (GOI).
Under this Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana (PMKMY) scheme, the farmer would receive a minimum pension (assured) of Rs 3000 per month after attain the age of 60 years and if the farmer die, the spouse (Wife) of the farmer shall be entitled to receive 50 percentage of the pension as family pension. Family pension is applicable only to spouse (wife).
(ii) On the maturity of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana (PMKMY) scheme, an individual will be entitled to obtain a monthly assured pension of Rupees. 3000/- Per month. The pension amount helps pension holders to aid their financial requirement.
(iii) Applicants age limit between of 18 years to 40 years will have to make monthly contribution range between Rupees.55/- to Rupees.200/- per month till attaining the age of 60 yrs.
Once the applicant attains the age of 60 years, he or she can claim the pension amount. Every month a fixed assured pension amount gets deposit in the pension account of the respective individul.
