Age Limit :
- NTPC job required a maximum of 29 years (as on 21-03-2022) with good sprite.
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC(Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 years
- SC, ST Candidates: 5 years
- PWBD – General/ EWS Candidates: 10 years
- PWBD – OBC (NCL) Candidates: 13 years
- PWBD – SC/ ST Candidates: 15 years
Salary :
- The Salary is given for Executive Trainee – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification :
- Executive Trainees – Finance (CA/ CMA)-CA/CMA (previously ICWA) qualified from institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India, are eligible to apply
- Executive Trainees – Finance (MBA)-Graduates with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Finance or MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized Indian University/ Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India, with not less than 65% marks, as per respective university/institute norms
- Executive Trainees – Human Resources-Graduates with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR from recognized Indian University/ Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority with not less than 65% marks, as per respective university/institute norms
