1. Maintain productivity and Quality in the shop floor
2. Implement daily production in coordination with foreman, supervisors and HOD manufacturing
3. Ensure availability of resources
4. Implement periodic maintenance plan as per schedule
5. Ensure work safety during manufacture and maintain discipline at shop floor on all the times.
6. Establishing productive working relationship with engineering, planning, quality and engineering team to meet customer requirement
7. Plan and introduce efficient production methods to maximize productivityand eliminate rework
8. Ensure NO production loss due to break down
9. Plan and implement training of in house personnel on maintenance of critical machineries
10.Monitoring performance of welders and welding parameters and giving inputs for standardization
11.Take initiative to motivate contractors to achieve work goals
12.Allocation of jobs to contractors
13.Monitor implementation of SOP
14.Co-ordination with engineering team on drawing issues affecting production
15.Eliminate rework
