Roles and Responsibilities
Finalization of books of accounts, Profit & Loss Statement, Monthly/ Quarterly financial report. Payment of Direct & Indirect taxes, Fund Management, MIS etc.
Preparation & analysis of Balance sheet
Preparation of debit & credit outstanding report to be sent to credit control department
Stock takings and reconciles with book
Preparation of compliance details as required under Registrar of Companies (ROC), Liaison with CS, ensuring compliance of Company Acts and timely file returns
Preparation of legal documents and forms to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good Accounting Knowledge
Hands on Knowledge of Direct / indirect Taxation
Capable of liaison skill with Bank, Financial Institutes, Govt. Agencies
Proficient in using computer & Accounting software specially Tally ERP
Relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry
Qualification: Only CA candidate with 5-8 yrs exp in same field
