Ariyar cannot accept cancellation of examination: High Court:-

• Corona infections started to increase across India in early March last year. Thus a nationwide curfew was enforced. The Government of Tamil Nadu has declared the pass for all classes except the general examination for Class XII.
• Similarly in college everyone except the final semester was declared pass in the other semester. Further, the Government of Tamil Nadu issued an order canceling the Aryan examinations and making all pass.

• This was welcomed among the students. But opposition also arose. A case was filed in the Chennai High Court against the order of the Tamil Nadu government.
• The case came up for hearing today. Then the order issued canceling the Aryan examinations cannot be accepted. The court said that the Tamil Nadu government should consider conducting the elections.
• Also, how many people applied to write the exam ?, how many passed? The Government of Tamil Nadu has been directed to inform the universities wisely. The case has been adjourned till the 15th of this month.
