Educational Qualification

ESSENTIAL: a. Possesses recognized degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology and has had practical experience of working in a Factory in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than 2 years; or a recognized degree in Physics or Chemistry and has had practical experience of working in factory in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than 5 years; or a recognized diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology and has had practical experience of working in a factory in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than 6 years.
b. Possess a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Government in this behalf, and
c. Has adequate knowledge of Hindi language spoken by the majority of the workers in the factory.
WELFARE OFFICER
ESSENTIAL: a. Possesses a degree of a University recognized by the State Government in this behalf;
b. Has obtained a Degree or Diploma in Social Science from any institution recognized by the State Government in this behalf, and
c. Has adequate knowledge of Hindi as also of the language spoken by the majority or the workers in the factory to which he is to be attached
SUPERVISOR (PRINTING AND platemaking)
ESSENTIAL: 1 st class Diploma in Printing Technology from AICTE approved Institute.
DESIRABLE: B.Tech./B.E. in Printing Technology
SUPERVISOR (ELECTRICAL)
ESSENTIAL: 1 st class Diploma in Electrical/Electronics from AICTE approved Institute.
DESIRABLE: B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Bank Note Press, Dewas is an industrial unit of Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India limited, Wholly owned by the government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, BNP was established in 1974 to print world-class high-quality banknotes of different denominations. Bank Note Press, Dewas is headed by the General Manager, who directly reports to the Chairman & Managing Director of Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited.The Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited was formed after corporatization of all nine Security units of presses/mints which were earlier working under Ministry of Finance. SPMCIL was registered on 13-1-2006 with its headquarters at Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan, New Delhi.
It is situated on the Agra-Bombay National Highway near the famous Chamundeshwari Hillock in the town of Dewas. It is 1.5 Kms from Dewas Railway station, 35 Kms from Indore, and 35 Kms from Ujjain located in Malwa Region of Madhya Pradesh.
